Sovereignty Flagpoles, are similar to our less costly rope based Sentry Flagpoles, but use a stainless steel winch and stainless steel cable system like our Independence Flagpoles. Sovereignty flagpoles are less costly than our Independence flagpoles because they use a fixed stationary mounting system for the winch, and a two part bolted in door frame rather than the more costly flush welded in door frame used by the Independence pole. The fixed mount system allows for the use of smaller diameter less costly flagpole shafts.
The winch is operated by the use of removable crank handle. The flagpole can be set up to fly 1 or more flags, by adding an additional flag arrangement. (one is supplied) Flag arrangements are also stainless steel aircraft cableand supplied with stainless steel flag snaps. The use of stainless cable eliminates the need to change flagpole line every few years.
The Internal halyard flagpole systems (Sentry , Sovereignty and Independence) provide security from vandals, flags can only be lowered by use of winch handle or the unlocking of the Sentry key lock door system. Only the flag, counter weight and retaining ring can be seen outside the flagpole. Everything else is inside and secure.
The Sovereignty flagpoles also use a dual sealed bearing top head.
